Worldwide IT Spending Up 5.6 Per Cent in 2011

Worldwide dealer IT spending is forecast to total $3.6 trillion in 2011, a 5.6 per cent increase from $3.4 trillion in 2010, according to the latest outlook by Gartner, Inc. Gartner has slightly raised its outlook for 2011 from its previous forecast of 5.1 per cent growth.
