Silver Lake and TPG Capital Complete Acquisition of Avaya
Silver Lake and TPG Capital have announced that Silver Lake and TPG Capital have completed the acquisition of Avaya in a transaction valued at approximately $8.3 billion.

According to a company statement issued Friday 28th March Etihad Etisalat (Mobily) have became the first Saudi mobile operator to launch in-flight calls aboard select airlines.
