SIP solutions Channel Expo

At Channel Expo Spitfire the business telecommunications operator and Internet Service Provider, will be demonstrating the range of SIP solutions it can provide for dealer partners to offer their customers.

This includes live demonstrations of Spitfire’s SIP Communicator™ hosted telephony service, with phone system functionality provided remotely by Spitfire. SIP Communicator™ only requires SIP compatible handsets, making the service an extremely cost-effective solution for business start-ups and small businesses that are growing and anticipate moving premises or are spread over multiple sites. As a special promotion at the show, new SIP Communicator™ dealers will receive free technical training.

Dealers can also discuss Spitfire’s SIP Trunking solution. Designed as an ISDN30e and ISDN2e replacement, Spitfire’s SIP Trunking offers business quality secure telephony at typically a third less than the monthly rental cost of an equivalent ISDN service. As one of the first ISPs and fixed line operators to launch a SIP service, Spitfire offers a complete end-to-end SIP service via its own IP and TDM infrastructure. Spitfire can provide a direct connection between the customers’ premises and Spitfire’s core network over the UK’s widest range of reduced price SDSL circuits, ADSL or Ethernet circuits.

Spitfire partners benefit from generous commission payments, outstanding technical support and assistance and the ability to generate new revenue from voice related services from their clients.

Commenting on Channel Expo, Nick Goodenough, Partner Service Manager said, “Spitfire’s SIP Communicator™ hosted telephony service has created a lot of interest in the market and the show provides the perfect opportunity for prospective dealers to see the solution demonstrated. The recession has kick-started the market for hosted telephony as customers look for alternatives to the big up-front capital cost of a PBX phone system. This is the perfect time for enterprising dealers to partner with Spitfire and profit from the rising demand for hosted telephony. We look forward to meeting new potential partners at Channel Expo.”
