FIRST EVER Green Data Centres Conference launching in London

Valley Conferences announced today the launch of their first ever Green Data Centres Conference to be held at the Holiday Inn, Bloomsbury this summer

FIRST EVER Green Data Centres Conference launching 1 – 2 July 2008, London

Green IT: a business zeitgeist

"I am thrilled to be able to present our first Green Data Centre’s Conference. It is our social responsibility to not only tackle green issues in the private areas of our life, but also in the business sector. By attending the Conference we can learn together how to make this change." Sandra Watson, Conference Director

With the green agenda looming omnipresent, businesses are facing the question of how to cut costs and reduce their carbon footprint. The data centre is an energy hungry area where cost savings are untapped. Managing environmental outputs of the data centre is a complex task.
