German Sales Execs Earn 20% more

GERMAN  SALES  EXECS EARN AROUND 20 % MORE THAN OTHER SALES EXECS IN EUROPE

A survey carried out by leading IT and Telecoms Sales Recruiter, R.T. reveals that you can earn over 20% more if you sell IT products or services in Germany, compared with countries in Europe.

German Sales Executives generally earn around 20% more than other Sales Executives in Europe for both basic and OTE salary.
The average salary for Sales Executives placed by in Germany is €75K Basic and €150K OTE.

Key Account Managers in Germany generally command 16% more than other Key Account Managers in Europe.
The average salary for European Key Account Managers placed in Germany is €80K Basic and €160K OTE.
IT Sales Executives and Key Account Managers based in the Netherlands and Scandinavia also earn considerably more than IT Sales Executives and Managers in other European countries.

54% SAY SIZE DOES MATTER

R T, Also conducted a survey and concludes that 54% candidates have a definite idea about the size of the company they want to work for.   candidates who registered with R T  were asked  whether they wish to work for a small / start up, a medium sized company or a larger more established company.
• 54% of candidates had a very definite idea of what size of company they would like to work for.
• 31% said they were looking for a position within a large well established company.
• 14% were looking to get into a small company / start up.
• 10% wanted to work for a medium sized company.
• 45% were open on size.
