Baltic Data Centre Fastest Growth Claim

DEAC a Baltic DataCentre based in Latvia, recorded the highest turnover (To date) for the company last year

This trend seems to be continuing this year. Claiming to be the fastest growing company in the Baltic ICT market DEAC has a Planned roll out of services into the US, UK and German markets.

The turnover growth had risen by 64%, compared to the previous year, when the company turnover was 5 million euro. Due to increased demand for IT outsourcing services, DEAC has successfully tripled its turnover within the last four years. However there is growing interest in Slovinia and other Eastern European countries.

DEAC implemented the project DEAC External Marketing Activities, co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund. The aim of the project was to promote services in Russia, the United Kingdom, USA, Monaco and the Netherlands provided by DEAC, the leading data center operator in the Baltics.

Now in 2014 DEAC has announced plans to roll out services into the US, UK and German markets. DEAC will offer secure datacentre support and IT outsourcing with claims to reduce IT costs for customers by up to 40% within three to five years.

DEAC has achieved success across Northern Europe and Russia providing a full range of custom-built datacentre solutions to more than 2,500 customers in 40 countries, with a customer list that includes customers in Retail, Telecommunications, IT and Manufacturing - all the while continually growing its revenue over the last three years.

Andris Gailītis, Chairman, DEAC, comments, "We are one of the founders of IT service outsourcing in Latvia and we plan to bring the expertise we have built up over the past 15 years into the US, UK and German markets, cementing our success as one of the fastest growing IT companies in Northern Europe."

The rapid pace of company’s development is explained by a high demand for services in the export regions. According to the company’s representatives, areas where DEAC has registered the highest values of aggregate turnover are Russia and CIS countries, bringing 51% of turnover in the export market. Popularity of DEAC services in Latvia has increased three times, but still, in comparison with the export, holds only 43% of overall turnover
