DISTREE EMEA boosts exhibition space by 60% for 2015


Leading regional ICT & CE channel event relocates exhibition area to Grimaldi Forum in Monaco. New venue meets increased vendor demand for space and allows introduction of new exhibition zones.

DISTREE EMEA has confirmed that the event’s main exhibition area will move to the Grimaldi Forum in Monaco in 2015. With an increased 4000 square metre exhibition area now available, the new venue will allow an increased number of technology and consumer electronics (CE) vendors to attend DISTREE EMEA 2015, which takes place from February 24-27th in Monaco.

Since 2003, DISTREE EMEA has carved out a reputation as the most influential independent event for the EMEA ICT & CE channels. DISTREE EMEA brings e-tailers, retailers and distributors from across 60 countries together with manufacturers of ICT & CE products to do business in one place at one time.


Farouk Hemraj, Director and Co-Founder at DISTREE Events, said: “This move reflects the growing demand from ICT & CE brands around the world to participate at DISTREE EMEA. Product vendors appreciate just how important the event is, allowing them to pre-schedule face-to-face meetings with senior executives from the region’s leading e-tailers, retailers and distributors.”

“The available floor space is increasing by 60% year-on-year,” Hemraj added. “This allows exhibitors greater flexibility in terms of stand design and meeting spaces. It also allows us to expand the remit of DISTREE EMEA as we see more brands from new and emerging product areas looking to take advantage of the unique channel development platform the event offers.”

The Grimaldi Forum is a high-tech congress centre located at the edge of the Mediterranean, in the exclusive surroundings of Monaco, offering exhibition space, auditoriums and breakout rooms. In addition to the exhibition area, the Grimaldi Forum is also the venue for DISTREE EMEA 2015’s keynote sessions, channel summits and workshops.

The prominently located Sponsor Zone will be home to DISTREE EMEA’s headline sponsors, ensuring maximum brand exposure and foot traffic for exhibitors. The Central Exhibition Zone will give vendors an opportunity to reserve a larger area to showcase products, displays and marketing materials. The Business Connect Zone will offer a flexible space for start-up vendors, agents, distributors and service providers, offering each exhibitor a dedicated meeting point.
